V&nbsp;dne\u0161n\u00ed dob\u011b (za\u010d\u00e1tek 2021) tak\u00e9 jeden z&nbsp;m\u00e1la\ntr\u00e9nink\u016f se zbran\u00ed, kter\u00e9 jdou v\u016fbec d\u011blat. V\u00fdhodou je, \u017ee je zdarma (nebo t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159,\njak si \u0159ekneme), a \u017ee je mo\u017eno ho bezpe\u010dn\u011b provozovat i mimo st\u0159elnici.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 su\u0161en\u00ed je neocenitelnou tr\u00e9ninkovou pom\u016fckou, \u010das\njemu v\u011bnovan\u00fd by m\u011bl v\u00fdrazn\u011b p\u0159esahovat \u010das str\u00e1ven\u00fd na st\u0159elnici \u2013 sportovn\u00ed\nst\u0159elci su\u0161\u00ed t\u0159eba a\u017e 90 % tr\u00e9ninku. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nejde jen o cvak\u00e1n\u00ed, ale takto levn\u011b je mo\u017en\u00e9 natr\u00e9novat\ni tasen\u00ed, slo\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed pohyby, p\u0159eb\u00edjen\u00ed, zm\u011bny poloh a dal\u0161\u00ed st\u0159eleck\u00e9\ndovednosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nejprve trocha bezpe\u010dnosti<\/strong> \u2013 p\u0159i jak\u00e9koliv manipulaci se zbran\u00ed je t\u0159eba se osobn\u011b p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010dit, \u017ee je zbra\u0148 pr\u00e1zdn\u00e1 \u2013 nikomu nev\u011b\u0159te. Krom\u011b bezpe\u010dnosti (ostr\u00fd n\u00e1boj se do komory nedostane) maj\u00ed i dal\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdhodu &#8211; opakovan\u00e9 cvak\u00e1n\u00ed napr\u00e1zdno m\u016f\u017ee negativn\u011b ovlivnit \u017eivotnost zbran\u011b. U modern\u00edch zbran\u00ed sice nehroz\u00ed tak \u010dasto zlomen\u00ed z\u00e1paln\u00edku jako u n\u011bkter\u00fdch star\u00fdch kus\u016f, ale p\u0159esto doch\u00e1z\u00ed k\u00a0jin\u00e9mu nam\u00e1h\u00e1n\u00ed ne\u017e p\u0159i ostr\u00e9 st\u0159elb\u011b a \u201eucvakan\u00e9\u201c zbran\u011b nejsou nezn\u00e1m\u00e9. Ur\u010dit\u011b nen\u00ed\n\u0161\u0165astn\u00e9 sko\u010dit rovnou do n\u011bjak\u00e9ho \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed schodi\u0161\u0165 a dom\u016f, ale propracovat se\nk&nbsp;tomu pozvolna. Uvedeme si n\u011bjak\u00e9 z\u00e1kladn\u00ed cviky, kter\u00fdmi obs\u00e1hneme\nst\u0159eleck\u00e9 z\u00e1klady, a kter\u00e9 je potom mo\u017en\u00e9 skl\u00e1dat na sebe a zdokonalovat se.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Spou\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed<\/em>. Ano, opravdu budeme za\u010d\u00ednat t\u00edm nejz\u00e1kladn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm \u2013 spr\u00e1vn\u00fdm pohybem prstu na spou\u0161ti. Se zbran\u00ed m\u00ed\u0159\u00edc\u00ed bezpe\u010dn\u00fdm sm\u011brem se soust\u0159ed\u00edme na to, jak prst polo\u017eit na spou\u0161\u0165, jak s\u00a0n\u00edm pohnout \u2013 zpo\u010d\u00e1tku pomalu. D\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd je rovn\u00fd pohyb dozadu, konstantn\u00ed s\u00edla dr\u017een\u00ed (h\u00fdbe se jen \u0161pi\u010dka ukazov\u00e1\u010dku, ne ostatn\u00ed svaly) a plynulost pohybu. Celou dobu sledujeme mu\u0161ku (nebo te\u010dku kolim\u00e1toru) a kontrolujeme, \u017ee se p\u0159i \u201ecvaknut\u00ed\u201c nehne v\u016fbec, nebo minim\u00e1ln\u011b. Pokud je tady probl\u00e9m, nem\u00e1 cenu chodit d\u00e1l. I pokud tu probl\u00e9m nen\u00ed, je t\u0159eba to st\u00e1le opakovat, proto\u017ee kdy\u017e jsou na st\u0159elnici ve zbrani n\u00e1boje, psychika si s\u00a0n\u00e1mi pohraje \u2013 ale \u010d\u00edm dokonaleji je tento z\u00e1klad natr\u00e9nov\u00e1n, t\u00edm l\u00e9pe se to pak zvl\u00e1d\u00e1. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Postupn\u00e9 zrychlov\u00e1n\u00ed nen\u00ed na \u0161kodu, ale pozor \u2013 po\u0159\u00e1d n\u00e1m\njde o plynulost pohybu prstu na spou\u0161ti a st\u00e1lost sil, kter\u00e9 p\u016fsob\u00ed na zbra\u0148\n(nezat\u00ednat svaly p\u0159edlokt\u00ed, neh\u00fdbat z\u00e1p\u011bst\u00edm).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Zapichov\u00e1n\u00ed a stahov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/em>. Posledn\u00ed f\u00e1ze p\u0159i tasen\u00ed, t\u011bsn\u011b p\u0159ed v\u00fdst\u0159elem. Ob\u011b ruce by m\u011bly b\u00fdt spojen\u00e9 na zbrani, zbra\u0148 by m\u011bla b\u00fdt n\u011bkde u hrudn\u00edku, m\u00ed\u0159it zhruba k\u00a0ter\u010di. Rovnom\u011brn\u00fdm pohybem \u201ezapichujeme\u201c zbra\u0148 k\u00a0ter\u010di, sna\u017e\u00edme se co nejd\u0159\u00edve naj\u00edt m\u00ed\u0159idla a hned po zap\u00edchnut\u00ed m\u00edt zbra\u0148 p\u0159ipravenou k\u00a0v\u00fdst\u0159elu. Op\u011bt, za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1me pomalu, plynule. Rychlost p\u0159ijde s\u00a0opakov\u00e1n\u00edm, je chybou sna\u017eit se ji honit od za\u010d\u00e1tku \u2013 nejd\u0159\u00edv to mus\u00ed b\u00fdt dob\u0159e, potom teprve to m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt rychle. Na za\u010d\u00e1tku n\u00e1m m\u016f\u017ee pomoci laser, kdy vid\u00edme te\u010dku celou dobu b\u011bhem pohybu (i p\u0159ed n\u00edm) a vid\u00edme, jestli zbran\u00ed n\u011bjak nem\u00e1v\u00e1me \u2013 \u010dast\u00e9 \u201eryba\u0159en\u00ed\u201c (nahazov\u00e1n\u00ed a podb\u011br\u00e1k) sem nepat\u0159\u00ed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Zbytek tasen\u00ed<\/em>. Ka\u017ed\u00fd zp\u016fsob tasen\u00ed jde rozd\u011blit na n\u011bkolik f\u00e1z\u00ed. To, co u\u010d\u00edme my, m\u00e1 4 f\u00e1ze (od nahm\u00e1tnut\u00ed pistole po zap\u00edchnut\u00ed). Ka\u017edou tuto f\u00e1zi je dobr\u00e9 tr\u00e9novat odd\u011blen\u011b a a\u017e po \u010dase je za\u010d\u00edt spojovat. Op\u011bt plat\u00ed, \u017ee <strong>za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1me pomalu a plynule<\/strong>. Z\u00edskat rychlost je snadn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e odstra\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed nau\u010den\u00fdch nedostatk\u016f. Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b, ka\u017edou f\u00e1zi d\u011bl\u00e1me celou \u2013 pokud je tam \u00fakrok, ukro\u010d\u00edme atd. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nebudeme tu d\u00e1l rozeb\u00edrat ka\u017ed\u00fd krok, ale co se d\u00e1\nsu\u0161en\u00edm dob\u0159e natr\u00e9novat? V\u0161echno. Tedy tasen\u00ed, m\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed, spou\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed, p\u0159eb\u00edjen\u00ed\n(dle toho co st\u0159\u00edl\u00edte \u2013 sportovn\u00ed, taktick\u00e9 i vynucen\u00e9), \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed z\u00e1vad, p\u0159esuny,\np\u0159en\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed st\u0159elby, pohyb se zbran\u00ed, zm\u011bny poloh, kryty, nakonec i pr\u00e1v\u011b to\n\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed schodi\u0161t\u011b a domu a pr\u00e1ce v&nbsp;t\u00fdmu. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jak \u010dasto a jak dlouho su\u0161it? Co nej\u010dast\u011bji a dokud to m\u00e1\np\u0159\u00ednos. Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b jin\u00fd \u010das tomu v\u011bnuje \u010dlov\u011bk, kter\u00fd si jde ob\u010das pro radost\nzast\u0159\u00edlet na st\u0159elnici, a jin\u00fd ten, pro kter\u00e9ho je to ot\u00e1zka ob\u017eivy, pr\u00e1ce nebo\np\u0159e\u017eit\u00ed (vrcholov\u00ed sportovn\u00ed st\u0159elci, ozbrojen\u00e9 slo\u017eky atd.). Pro v\u011bt\u0161inu lid\u00ed\nplat\u00ed, \u017ee kdy\u017e to za\u010dne otravovat, je lep\u0161\u00ed skon\u010dit a druh\u00fd den zase za\u010d\u00edt \u2013\naby to nep\u0159estalo b\u00fdt z\u00e1bavn\u00e9 a p\u0159\u00ednosn\u00e9. Drtit t\u0159i hodiny v&nbsp;kuse jednu\nv\u011bc \u2013 na to m\u00e1 m\u00e1lokdo sebek\u00e1ze\u0148.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>P\u00e1r slov z\u00e1v\u011brem.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bezpe\u010dnost je hned na za\u010d\u00e1tku, kam pat\u0159\u00ed p\u0159i ka\u017ed\u00e9m\ntr\u00e9ninku a zach\u00e1zen\u00ed se zbran\u011bmi. Proto ji tu nebudeme znova prob\u00edrat, a rad\u011bji\nzopakuji p\u00e1r z\u00e1kladn\u00edch v\u011bc\u00ed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rychlost \u2013 za\u010d\u00ednat pomalu, ale spr\u00e1vn\u011b a plynule.\nRychlost p\u0159ijde s&nbsp;opakov\u00e1n\u00edm, ale chyby se \u0161patn\u011b odstra\u0148uj\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pohyby nav\u00edc. Ka\u017ed\u00fd pohyb stoj\u00ed \u010das, proto nechceme d\u011blat\npohyby nav\u00edc a marnit jimi \u010das. Jde n\u011bco ud\u011blat jednodu\u0161eji (ale stejn\u011b\nkvalitn\u011b a spolehliv\u011b)? Tak je lep\u0161\u00ed to d\u011blat tak, piruetky vypadaj\u00ed dob\u0159e\nv&nbsp;krasobruslen\u00ed, ale maj\u00ed n\u011bjak\u00fd p\u0159\u00ednos (nap\u0159\u00edklad p\u0159i skenov\u00e1n\u00ed), nebo\njenom zp\u016fsobuj\u00ed ztr\u00e1tu stability?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>P\u0159em\u00fd\u0161lejte o tom, co tr\u00e9nujete.<\/strong> Je super, \u017ee v\u00e1m to uk\u00e1zali na kurzu, nebo \u017ee to d\u011blali n\u011bkde ve videu, ale vysv\u011btlili v\u00e1m tak\u00e9 uspokojiv\u011b pro\u010d se to tak m\u00e1 d\u011blat? Je skute\u010dn\u011b a\u017e tak p\u0159\u00ednosn\u00e9 tr\u00e9novat sestavov\u00e1n\u00ed zbran\u011b po slepu v\u00a0plynov\u00e9 masce zakryt\u00e9 igelitkou a v\u00a0taktick\u00fdch rukavic\u00edch? Je skute\u010dn\u011b u\u017eite\u010dn\u00e9 tasit v\u017edy tak, abych se jednou rukou mohl v\u00a0letadle zachytit sedadla p\u0159ed sebou pro p\u0159\u00edpad turbulence? Nebo tak, abych mohl slabou rukou odh\u00e1n\u011bt davy? Jist\u011b, v\u011bt\u0161ina v\u011bc\u00ed m\u00e1 n\u011bjak\u00fd smysl (n\u011bkter\u00e9 ne). Pokud jsem air marshal v\u00a0letadlech El Al nebo d\u011bl\u00e1m v\u00a0ochrann\u00e9 slu\u017eb\u011b, tyto zp\u016fsoby tasen\u00ed vyu\u017eiji.
